The 30-scale 4-string bass is downsized enough to be comfortable to play for children and women while still providing a good focused tone that will work in virtually any playing context. The simple volume and tone electronics layout with a soapbar pickup in the bridge position allows the player to focus on playing the music instead of being distracted by too many sound choices.
